With over 18 years of illustrious experience, Mr. Poudel's career has been deeply intertwined with Nepal's renowned insurance sector. His journey began in the finance and accounts department of esteemed insurance companies, where he honed his skills in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Poudel's multifaceted leadership journey includes serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) before his appointment as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited. Mr. Poudel holds a Master in Business Studies degree, reflecting his prowess in financial management and strategic decision-making. Complementing this, he also possesses a Bachelor in Law degree, which underscores his commitment to legal integrity and compliance. As CEO of Sunlife Capital, Mr. Poudel brings his visionary leadership to the forefront. Mr. Aryal has over 15 years of working experience in Capital market of Nepal. He is an MA graduate from the Department of Humanity and Social Science, Tribhuvan University. Prior joining to Sunlife Capital Ltd. he had spent more than 10 years in Securities Board of Nepal, the apex regulatory of Capital market. Then after, he joined Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd. as a compliance Officer. Currently, he is leading the compliance and underwriting department.
